If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting.

2. Description of Service

TheChecker.AI provides an AI content detection service that analyzes text to determine whether it was generated by artificial intelligence systems. Our Service uses advanced algorithms to detect content from Claude, GPT models, Gemini, and over 40 AI models with high accuracy.

The Service is designed for educational institutions, content creators, businesses, and individuals who need to verify the authenticity of written content.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
• Maintain the security of your account credentials

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial months or unused portions of the Service, except as required by law or at our sole discretion.

7. Service Availability and Modifications

We strive to provide reliable Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time with reasonable notice. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

8. Accuracy and Limitations

While we strive for high accuracy in AI content detection, no detection system is perfect. Our Service provides analysis based on sophisticated algorithms, but results should be considered as one factor in assessing content authenticity. We make no guarantees about the accuracy of detection results and recommend using the Service as part of a comprehensive content evaluation process.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GIREMA HOLDINGS LIMITED SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Girema Holdings Limited, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

12. Termination
